Advantage Design Print and Mail is a Texas corporation headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. We are about 25 miles north of downtown Houston. ADPAM is a full-service mass mailing and data base management  services firm, founded by Emery Heuermann in summer 1994. The company has been serving the community in its present location since spring 1996.

Our Purpose

ADPAM was founded to provide a variety of mailing and data base management services to Clients in Harris County, Montgomery County, and Walker County Texas. Over the past years, we have expanded to serve national clients as well. In addition to these core business services, we compile mailing lists, sell mailing related consumables such as tray straps, peel and stick address labels and provide print services

Our Goal

Our goal is to be your company's mail room. If you don't have the space or personnel to devote to the sheer volume of mail you send out every day, we can take care of it for you. Whether it's first, second, third class, fourth class or even international mail, we can insert, seal, apply postage, and deliver it to the Post Office. We offer the benefit of up-to-date technology to handle all your mailing needs. We have machines that stuff, seal and stamp envelopes. We have several ways to affix address labels to include tried and true peel and stick labels to the most modern direct imprinting equipment. We have special USPS licensed software that allows ADPAM to affix bar codes directly to your mail piece, thus affording you the least postage rates. Almost everything we do is focused on making your mail compatible with equipment used by the U.S. Postal Service, to expedite mail delivery, hold down your bottom line costs and to keep the postage expense as low as possible. We can personalize and mass produce letters; affix tabs to self-mailers; perforate, bind, and fold flyers, and even do quick printing for those times that something has to absolutely go out today. We Are Fast

At ADPAM, most jobs are at the post office 24 to 48 hours after we have all the sign offs. How can we do the work so quickly? We have an on-call staff that is available, so we always have enough help to speed your job through the system. When we quote your job, we will tell you if it is suitable for 48-hour turnaround. With larger jobs, many customers ask us to spread the mailing over several weeks so they are not overwhelmed with calls or orders.

We Do Flexible Mail Merges

You won’t believe some of the mail merge jobs we have done! That is what makes us special. Marketing direct-mail pieces or mail merge can sometimes be whimsical plastic envelopes filled with confetti or eyeglass repair kits. We have mailed large fish posters, smoke alarms, and tube calendars. We do hand collating of non married mail merge pieces and match and marry personalized letters using personalize non window envelopes. We have hot-glued plastic cards to mail merges, and hand-signed thousands of mail merge letters just to make the job perfect. We are also very flexible in scheduling mailing jobs. Some customers send us a large job and have us mail it over a period of weeks. Some send one job in with many different pieces from many different sources; we put them all together and mail them on schedule. It doesn't matter. We are your mail merge specialists.4

We will get you the lowest possible postage price. We give you a free consultation before your piece is printed to make sure it qualifies for all-automation discounts. We will CASS and PAVE certify your database to make sure you don’t pay a penny more than you have to. We will even give you a report on your addresses that don’t qualify so you can correct them for your next mail merge mailing.
